Dynastic DLC submod?
on a side note, here's something that I decided to not integrate for a while until more people comment on it:
LIBERT3 Dynastic Destiny DLC
Gives the 63 Lux Invicta special bloodlines 0.25 monthly authority, +15 vassal opinion, and ai-specific weightings that make them act according to certain parameters.
Install after installing LIBERT3 properly.
Further Details:
Bloodline traits get ai-weightings depending on the relevant stat-buff they get in their bloodline, as well as a general AI Ambition bonus of 30.
Each point gives:

  • diplomacy: +30 honor, +20 rationality
    martial: +30 honor, +20 zeal
    stewardship: +30 rationality, +20 greed
    intrigue: -30 honor, +20 greed
There are a maximum of 2 traits, and they add up (and cancel for hybrid intrigue combinations)

^ It's not part of the Alpha-003 version.

Okay on that note, Riknap. The alpha-003 has bloodlines. Or at the very least characters with their respectively assigned blood traits have them. Albeit slightly stronger than described for the Bloodline DLC 0.30 authority instead of 0.25.

Nice, just watching a game unfold and so many rebellions, revolts it's glorious. Altho I do see the map littered with 500 - 5k armies from the revolts. Are they supposed to keep those troops?

- As glorious as it seems, for whatever reason single county counties or dual duchies or other small nations seem to be falling victim to this for the most part and massive armies at that.

And as noted below and above many times. Prestige is a major issue right now. It was balanced at game start 50% in far negatives (not like that is great...) and 50% in far positives -1.5k -> 0 -> 1.5k and it's slowly migrating to everyone going negatives. The norsegerman religion group seem to be doing the best along some some patricians and captains.(Currently year 1090 and 60% is now in the negatives)

1097 it seems to be wobbling around 50-60% into the negatives although the positive numbers seem to be dwindling quicker and quicker into the lower hundreds while negative prestige seems to be gaining ground rapidly.

Uhm.. Denmark is a republic, from game start. But they are doing amazing, most of the Baltic sea is shared between them Sviariki and Ostergotland.

CTD at year 1127 and it seems the high authority ones keep their authority up and the rest slowly start to go into the negatives. (65%+ is now negative with many 0-100 on their way)

It seems that other AI's don't see a reason to lower their levies either and for some reason costing them no up keep (From their vassals or themselves)

Some feedback:
- Hunts and summer fairs don't seem to do anything.
- The piety requirement for expansion war is way too high. You'll spend more than 10 years to get 200. I personally set it at 50, which works very good.
- The prestige requirement should go a bit lower. I have personally lowered it to 125.
- Having the 'Not at war' prestige penalty without being able to raid is very annoying. Especially with these requirements for war, you are pretty much forced to go on embargo wars every 5 years and even then you get the penalty.

Overall, I like the mod. I find expanding tedious, but that's probably WAD. I really like the inclusion of smaller mercenaries for poor people.

Wait, so you are saying I need the Russian and Byzantine unit packs as well as the Mongol face pack to run this mod?

Mongols have been required since Shaytana. The reason is because BLC is integrated in the mod (since Shaytana is the author of that as well), and BLC requires the Mongols. Russian portraits were made mandatory, and the Byzantine faces are needed for Persian women to display properly (since somehow the files got messed up and we had to make them use the Byzantine facepack). Honestly, everytime a new facepack comes out, it eventually gets integrated and people complain, but it really doesn't work any other way than that with BLC. If Shaytana were here or if richvh updated it, then perhaps we could move away from them.

Dynastic DLC submod?

For some reason, I believe it's been integrated into the mod.

^ It's not part of the Alpha-003 version.

Technically, it kinda is :/

Something to keep in mind is the file riknap released differed somewhat from the SVN locker we've been updating. Even at the time of the release. Not sure why

The CTD around 1100 is old, and no one has been able to figure out why. Does anyone remember what was updated around that time?

any progress on the huge city population fixes? iam having trouble conquering when theres 60k stacks attacking me in all directions :( EDIT- Also its making besieging impossiable since its taking about 200 days to conquer a provience and it keeps on resetting the time till seige over and over preventing me to attack :(

I'm not exactly sure with what you mean by "huge city population fixes"? If you're referring to the bug that cities are graphically sprawling/large, then it has little gameplay impact and has nothing to do with doomstacks invading.
if you could, could you post screenshots? I'm slightly having difficulty determining what issue you're referring to.

^ It's not part of the Alpha-003 version.

Okay on that note, Riknap. The alpha-003 has bloodlines. Or at the very least characters with their respectively assigned blood traits have them. Albeit slightly stronger than described for the Bloodline DLC 0.30 authority instead of 0.25.

so somehow it got integrated. Okay. I don't recall making it so, but I'm probably misremembering.
In any case, if I recall correctly I think I reduced the vassal opinion of that file to 10 but increased authority to 0.3. I really need to get my files into order.

I'll be honest - I haven't played post-TOG long enough yet to actually run into rebellions and revolts, but the way they're described make them interesting but seem like they need to rebalanced. I'll look into it, though we're prioritizing get LI and its basic components into order first.

It seems that other AI's don't see a reason to lower their levies either and for some reason costing them no up keep (From their vassals or themselves)

to be honest, I've never had significant feedback on the longterm gameplay effect of Authority aside from balancing diplomacy menu costs, though I'll definitely need to look into it as well.

The predominant thing that's costing authority/prestige though are the CB's, which I'll be rebalancing soon after I get buildings done so consider it a medium priority issue.

I really like the inclusion of smaller mercenaries for poor people.

thanks for the feedback (as always, since I remember your posts before :D ).
As for the Not at War thing, @Numahr or futuregary, what do you think? SELIN's your domain :D
But yeah, the CB's themselves are my responsibility, and I've been looking to balance them lower since pre-TOG anyway

Does anyone know to fix the huge population glitch. lux invicta is unplayable with it :(

I'd really love to know what this is. Can you post screenshots? It'd help me determine the issue and prevent it from affecting others.

Plan a grand hunt, plan a feast...

huh. I'll check it in game and see what's kludging. Though does anyone know what could be the cause?
