v11b+c is the latest, at least for me (I haven't started coding in any changes yet due to my PC playing games with me instead of the other way around).
now that I think about it, that's probably the best arrangement. You and gary work on making them compatible first, and Numahr and I will work on refining compatibility later once you've done the heavy lifting of adding in missing lines and stuff.
In the meanwhile, I'll actually play a video game, as having still not played since December (half-hour "playtesting" not with standing) I have asymptotically close to zero morale to do any coding in any form :laugh:

It's not just lines, it's map modding as well, as there are a ton of new provinces, combined with our own new provinces, combined with...
You know what, I'll just do something IDK.
So, 3v11b+c + whatever else I have.
I'll also integrate the borders LDLC (Lux DLC) if nobody minds.

it had to come just when I was installing Shogun 2 Total War :rofl: (still not done installing it btw :laugh: )

since gamma and maybe gary as well are going to be working on tentative compatibility, I'll resume editing after they release an unofficial compatibility update, sans richvh or not. For the moment, I'll go reduce my stress levels (and do some tactics "research" :laugh: )


On a relevant note, what do you mean by the borders LDLC?
similarly, do you have a copy of the Athens republic thing that was scheduled to be added? And IIRC, wasn't Gotland going to be merged back to one province in the next version? (I believe it was also agreed upon by nova and rich that the gotland republic will be removed, though I might be misremembering)
edit: also, it is just me or is steam stuck at 67% (ie. likeley 2/3 exactly)? :laugh:

the "borders DLC" is pretty much just a collection of folders of different borders, only one of which may be active anyway (the grey-black thing is the one in libert3 v11c by default).
as for athens, I believe it was simply making a vassal of the athens-duchy a patrician, though I have no idea how that happens :laugh:
as for Gotland, the only clear thing I could remember was Novaneko saying something about "weird map hacks" to "accomodate vanilla republics" :laugh:

dammit futuregary, at least release some information about your "project" already. For all we know, you're adding ponies to it :rofl:

FYI I'm doing just very basic mapwork - no new locs, no adjustments of provinces or titles or anything :ninja:

Progress update:
I hate Visby and I want to burn it with fire.
So far, got the game to start (damn yeah, an error log of 80MB this time, was a looping error on my system it appears) and am now working on updating provinces to fit. Won't probably do the assignment and history of the new provinces; six new land provinces: Bar, Möre, Tjust, Roslavl, Lepiel and Amalfi. None of these provinces will be getting any history from me, at least not now.
I've integrated Libert3v11b+c into my update damn yeah and now you just can't cut it out :laugh:

What if Lux Invicta was his acension conduit? If so he's LI now... maybe he rushed using the tools of Kagrenac and we have to complete LI so he can truly achieve CHIM?

could it have something to do with the temporary character I made to trigger the intro events?
then again, I doubt it since that'll mean countless other historical characters are also causing the CTD

well, if you're pledging time Kickstarter-style, why not? I did have a campaign-styled event chain planned in the far future - you could speed its inception up :p

No error logs - so much fun.

Progress Update:
Have replaced the defines.lua file with the vanilla one, to see how things would change. It crashes anyway. Not helpful in the slightest.

Edit:
could it have something to do with the temporary character I made to trigger the intro events?
then again, I doubt it since that'll mean countless other historical characters are also causing the CTD
No, the characters set up fine. It's something to do upon actual playing.
