In the "imperator" folder there are three folder called "common" "history" and "localisation"
There should be a file called "imperator.mod", that came in the download, in the Crusader Kings II/mod folder, is it there?
Yeah I found it. It's a video file. I placed it in the mod folder but the mod still doesn't show up
You placed it the mods folder or inside the imperator folder? Because you should do the former.
I look into this when I get home. Be advised that next patch likely breaks this MOD.

I have uploaded a new version to first page. Tibet is unfinished at this stage but feel free to check out rest of it for any bugs, etc.
With 936 out of the door, I can finally look into tweaking this MOD since it suffers from recent patches.

Hello, is this mod playable with the 3.2.1 version? Or should I roll back to previous version of the game? 
Will there be an playable update in the future? For example, in a month?
I am afraid I have been drafted to certain other projects (which I naturally cannot disclose) and I have no idea when I might have time to update this MOD.
I'm calling it right now; they're adding an 822 bookmark to vanilla
