Mod idea for Papers please world

I thought it would be great to have a mod set in the world of the game Papers, please. Showing those rats with true glorius arstotzian military might! I hope we will be able to mod that in the game.

That definitely sounds interesting, but what would the map look like? The ingame map doesn't look like it covers the whole world.

It should be doable if you're going to use the map properly as it is. You'd need a lot of stuff though.
