I am in need of some help with creating my species. I have everything done other than getting the color variants to work properly. I understand that my code works for animations but I do not wish to spend $190/mo for Maya just for 2-3 custom species. Any help would be great. I plan to have 5 types with 5-6 colors each type. I know I can just have 25 or so images but would rather split it up as it should be. My current code is below.

I have tried so many things even with changing entity to texturefile, but as stated, I cant seem to get any color variants to work with that. What am I missing?
