If a title is set to have a different name_tier to what it actually is then in the government flavour the [PrimaryTitle.GetTier] part of the localisation displays the actual tier as opposed to the overridden one. So we have a title that has name_tier = king but in the flavour it is displayed as a Hereditary Absolute Empire.
This seems like a bug to me but if it isn't and is just an oversight as name_tier does not appear in any vanilla titles then may this be changed to take into account please?
EDIT: With further inspection it seems to be an issue with GetTier in general, it displays the actual tier and not the overwritten tier.
