Can you/Should you use this with Lux Invicta?

You can. As for if you should, it depends on what you do. Clearing away history.... really doesn't do much except doom a couple of power houses. Generating history causes you to lose a lot of the titular titles, and all of the "Blood Of" traits. Generating titles works just fine, though you will still need to have multiple lower ranked titles (though you can edit this in the files if you spend a couple minutes looking at it).

I don't know what is wrong. I meet all the requirements to make a new duchy but I never get the option. Same with trying to make a kingdom. Yet the AIs seem to do it just fine.

Ah, ok, thanks. Is that new, or was it previously automatically selected?

Sorry, I just realised that I confused you with Kaskuya. The rule set is needed by the generator to generate a history. It's what the generator uses to decide which laws to pick from, and which gender a character should be. Things like that.

Kingdoms Abound Titular Title Generator Version 2.0.12

*snip*

What do I do?

For a start, you've selected the wrong path, that's why it's saying that it can't find CK2. You need to select the directory with the .exe file in it. It looks like the ArgumentException was caused by it trying to find CK2 in a blank path. I'm guessing you selected the path box, then clicked somewhere else in the program.

[Edit] I've uploaded version 2.0.13 which fixes a couple bugs.

Version 2.0.13
- No longer allows data load without a rule set.
- Prevent program attempting to find CK2 in a blank path.
- No longer throws error if mod directory doesn't exist.
- Fixed default settings not having a ruleset checked.
- Now outputs list of unchecked required rulesets.

Two things:
- Is it possible to have the new theocracies simply swap the capital holding with the temple in the province? Currently it exchanges the castle for a temple. However this results in a lot of provinces with two temples and no barony.
Religious provinces will generate a bishop, roleplaying wise this is not bad, but if it's just a simple thing to change... I think the republics also have this.
- Also, it would be nice to have a ruleset with theocracies still there, just like you have the 'keeprepublics' ruleset. I do not need this, but for the people who use your program the new random theocracies could be annoying for some reason.

I can live with both these things btw, just wanted to let you know about these and see whether it's an easy fix or not ;)

I've uploaded version 2.0.14, which sort of does the first thing you asked for. Instead of changing the capital of the province, it just swaps the settlement type. It was easier.

For the second thing, the reason I haven't already done it is because finding them will be a pain in the ass. The republics are easy as the game has a UI which lists them all, but as far as I know it has no such feature for theocracies.

Change log:

Version 2.0.14
- Now attempts to find a settlement of the target type when changing province type, and swap them.

Nice, will try that soon.
Is the difference between a theocracy and a feudal title set in the history? I could see whether I can look them up when I have some spare time.

As far as I can tell, the only difference is whether the capital is a temple or a castle.

That's a pity. It would indeed be some work to go through all that in that case...
One more thing I just noticed. Even though I set generated realms on 1000, there are still some republics of two counties (note, there are 952 provinces). Is this due to the duchy republic thing, when two counties next to each other both become a republic?
