Does the generator check for if a kingdom already exists? For example, will I get two k_leon with the generator, since one would be created from d_leon and a k_leon already exists. Or does it check and in the case, what happens then?

If a title already exists, it doesn't create a titular version of that title level. It will still create e_leon with k_leon as a creation requirement.

I'm not sure what happened. I tried moving the mod to the folder specified in that link, but it didn't work.

I gave up and did a clean reinstall of the game and the mod. Everything works now. :)

Is it possible to allow us to choose the province the single generated title is attached to? Would save us from having to go into the mod directory to change the province manually.

Cheers

Short of asking you for the province ID, not really. There are over 900 of them. What I do when starting a game, is to start the game as that single ruler, then save an exit. You can then select the saved game, then load as a different ruler wherever you like.

Yeah, the title generator doesn't seem to recognize the My Documents crusader kings folder as a valid path, as far as I can tell; so it only recognizes mods installed to the regular game folder (the steam folder for me.)

Right, I need to make it load stuff from the my docs folder. I'll see if I can do that tomorrow.

The only problem with that is that we cant use the ruler designer dlc. But still, never mind. I just change the title files to the province I want to start with. :)

i start at the same date as sultan of seljuks(persia), i create kingdom of syria, mesopotamia, arabia. but i cannot become emperor.

Titular titles have twice the cost of a De Jure title, and I think they only give you the option of creating them if you can afford it. Another thing that might prevent you creating a specific title is if you selected to restrict by culture/religion, and you're not of that culture/religion.

i looked at the mod text file, and there is not a e_persia, maybe i can not create because of that. after i switch primary title to kingdom of mesopotamia i could create empire of mesopotamia.

it was an option to create persian empire on the intrigue section, but now it does not appear, dont know why

I've released 1.3.9, which supports loading mods from the mod directory.

The only problem with that is that we cant use the ruler designer dlc. But still, never mind. I just change the title files to the province I want to start with. :)

I did some thinking, and added a dialog during generation which will ask you to select a county and dynasty for the new character. The dynasties are limited by the culture of the county.

Do you think this would work with the CK2 to EU3 converter?

If the converter works the way I think it does, probably not.

i can afford, and i did not restrict culture/religion

i looked at the mod text file, and there is not a e_persia, maybe i can not create because of that. after i switch primary title to kingdom of mesopotamia i could create empire of mesopotamia.

it was an option to create persian empire on the intrigue section, but now it does not appear, dont know why

The reason that e_persia wasn't generated was because it already existed.

Trying to use this with the GoT mod again. I use the Clear History County and Up option, and everything seems normal, but when I select the character, they're a child (Age: 0), and if I play, the camera immediately shoots off to the lower left corner and gives me a game over. It works in vanilla, I tried that.

Apparently, I'm doing something wrong because I set it to 4 duchies and when I get 4 I can't create a kingdom title for any of them. I tested it in Ireland as Munster, gave myself all the duchies except ulster and nothing seems to happen. All it tells me is I can create Ireland, which isn't anything new.

I have the steam version so I pointed it to the CK II folder in there. Do I need to point it to a specific folder or something? Do i have to create a mod folder in my documents or something?
