Looks good, well made fantasy mods are always welcome on my hard drive.

Personally I would make halflings courtiers that occasionally show up in your court, much like the eunuchs from some in-game event. What kind of a sick, perverted soul would play as a halfling anyway.

Bookmarking this for checking up on later.

EDIT: Also seems to lack Gork & Mork, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHH!

At this point in history, Westerland is still a Grand Barony. In fact, it's the seat of Empress Magritta. Canonically the van der Maacht dynasty ended during the war with Chaos in 2302, which led to Emperor Magnus signing it over to the merchant families. To compensate, in 2010 it has two fully-fledged merchant republics on the coasts around it, although Bogenhafen seems to keep eating them.

You could maybe say Bögenhafen has some sort of Enemy Within, that causes this behavior.

(Apologizes for the lame WFRP shout out. I couldn't help myself. )

I've been thinking of some things for Orcs: Firstly, to get around the lack of dynasties: have new heirs appear through random events, basically being orcs that your current boss likes the looks of and has arbitrarily declared them to be the one that gets all their stuff when they die. Have the first in line heir be extremely murderous towards you and all the others to be completely homicidal towards the first in line one. Sigmar help you if you make one a vassal.

Secondly, you could shamelessly ripoff take a good deal of inspiration from the wildlings from the game of thrones. Having all titles above count level makes perfect sense for the orcs. The moment a Warboss bites it, there goes his empire as everyone starts fighting everyone else for it. WAAAAGHS could be simulated through a decision that allows a character to declare one once he has enough land/prestige/boys, acting as a titular king or empire title.

Edit: Maybe it makes you religious head for orcs as well, with the WAAAAGH being their version of a crusade/jihad.

WAAAGH!

Also expecting lots of merchant republics in Estalia and Tilea... oh yes and Marienburg! (I love republics)

EDIT: Based on that picture I'm assuming the Sea of Dread will not be navigable due to engine restrictions, correct?

Not just Merchant Republics... Pirate Princes to give them a hard time!

Watching this, not sure if I can help but I did write a nice supplement for Tilea if you'd like to use some details from this.

http://www.liberfanatica.net/Tilea-Estalia.html

edit: I see why you want to add Sigmar as a separate religion but I'd add that as a Heresy rather than a default religion, the Empire is a polytheism after all despite the emphasis on Sigmar.

So I'm curious what everyone would like to do most with the mod? I know I personally want to conquer Bretonnia as a Norscan Khornite, and sacrifice every Worshiper of the Lady.

We've used fanon to fill in gaps left by canon, so Tilea and Estalia have a lot of influence from those very books you've linked.

1) Reunite the Dwarves with both factions.

2) Take over a Tilean merchant Republic with a Slaaneshi cult.

3) Absorb the Empire as Bretonnia.

PS: Pirates worship Stormfel's, not Mannan!
