How are other things going? I'd assume Lizardmen are going to be a distant goal, like the Liches. But how about the Brettonians and Empire?
And there should probably be an event, where if you accumulate too many mutations or gifts (you guys probably have it all planned out already) you have to flee the Empire or risk getting exposed as a mutant and a heretic. But in exchange you become a warlord in the North (or Border Princes, if you've got the guts).

Yeah, right now we are focusing on the Empire with Kislev and Bretonnia soon to follow. Tilea and Estalia are basically done but will be fairly generic** for the first release. Otherwise the playable map for the first release will stretch from Norsca to the Badlands & the Marshes of Madness and from the World's Edge Mountains to the Great Ocean. Fleeing as a player might be hard as you need a title to be playable. It maybe possible to set up though, so I'll look into that some more.
*Definitions of "Awesomness" may vary. Some people think turning into a chaos spawn isn't awesome for some unfathomable reason.
**I do want an event chain for Tilea where poor rulers can be kicked out and replaced by a pig. The great Piggolo Lives!

Maybe right now we were thinking of having it work like the schools they have for Islam, rather than two separate faiths. That'll be something to look into.
Right now we have three main definitions of chaos awesomness:
1. Turning into chaos spawn
2. Exploding sheep
3. Nurgle's Rot
I guess there is also some blood-for-i-no-longer-remember-who and wild orgies of Slaanesh in the picture, but that's why we have Nurgle's Rot after all... We could also take some sheep and turn them into sheep like the only permanent spell from wow did.
Anyway, it will all be stomped into dirt in the next WAAAAAGH!
Well Slaanesh worshippers should naturally get "feast" replaced with "orgy". And the Summer fair. And the Great Hunt.

YES! Finally a Warhammer Fantasy mod for CK2. Very interesting and good setting. I have knowledge of lore and offer my help if needed. GREEN IZ BEST!

Probably not dickish per se, but if I recall correctly it's been said they don't want to release until they have everything done up to a pretty good standard.
We can keep hoping for some kind of alpha/beta release I suppose, but i'm happy to wait a good while yet - sounds as though the results are going to dazzle us.
I have been wondering are halflings playable and if so are they automatically vassals of the Empire?
Yeah, Halflings will be playable. The Moot is a vassal of the empire or an imperial claimant depending on the start date. It theoretically could be possible to play a non vassal halfling using ruler designer or the like.
please tell me we can have a halfling religious war.....I want to spread the good word of pie to all the heathens
This mod looks and smells fantastic! i want more! i dont know if it has been mentioned, but will there be balancing of troop numbers so it equals races like in the middle earth mod,etc. elves get lower troop number but deals more damage, orcs get a huge troop number. and will there be badass portraits for all the races?
