Does anyone know of a good mod that overhauls / Improves the Envoy / Diplomacy system?
I've returned to playing Stellaris after a few years and the new envoy system is massive negative to this game. I can no longer conduct any meaningful diplomacy due to the limitations of only have one or very few envoys. I can't even Rival or Insult anyone because my relationship isn't in the terrible stage. I have to redirect an envoy who is improving my relations with one empire to another just to insult.
I'm sure the new envoy system is fantastic for everyone else but it's not for me.
