We need a Sheogorath holy war CB. call it... the war for cheese and add a modifier that gives forks to the attacking army. That would be too awesome.

On the subject of the Tribunal holy war... maybe it never happened in lore, but we can suppose that the Dunmer would have conquest ambitions as well, and may need a reason to conquer beyond just good ol' imperialism. You could make it so that Almalexia declares a holy war, since she's the one that takes her divinity and their religion more seriously (Vivec simply wouldn't care and Sotha Sil is a shut-in). This mostly for flavour, I can't think of a better reason for a Tribunal "crusade". Except revanchism as Orinsul said.

Mesopotamian elves would be awesome though, while maybe a bit hard to make fun (and how the hell would you make more Uruk-mer? Spawn courtiers and present debutantes?)

As for Sheogorath's holy war... War for cheese sounds good.

In which game?
If you mean the ES games, no, you can't actually kill them.
If you mean the EK mod, we don't even have them ATM.

You could pass it off as the Dwemer having a cloning technology.. or summoning their brethen from the Aether. I mean... if the race was so advanced they had robots and working space-ships, which is no great deal in ES lore, since both the Altmer and... the Reman dinasty I think had them too, the second even had a moon colony, anything can be.

Daedric Princes won't be featured as characters -at all-.
Can I play Vivec/Sotha Sil/Almalexia/Some other living God Character?
Yes, open the console and use the cheats.
Playable Gods or Demi-Gods won't be featured in the main mod as playable characters, it's simply unfeasible from a balance or fun perspective. Honestly, there would be no challenge; roflstomping Tamriel is only fun the first time, and then only for maybe 20 minutes, and if you *didn't* play one of those characters all the time, the AI would more than likely tear you a new one...every time. It isn't what we want from the mod
(Tiber Septim is the exception to the rule; he wasn't strictly a God until postmortem).

If we're not including aforementioned demi-gods, why on earth would we include what are effectively full blown gods as playable characters or NPCs?
If you wish to play that kind of game, there is a feature built in to CK2 called the console, it allows you to cheat till your hearts content. Use the ruler designer to create a character with the name of the daedric prince you want, and cheat away with the console to make them invincible Gods, voila, you can spend the next 20 minutes conquering nirn and then quit when it gets boring; that is my genuine opinion on God characters and cheating.

Dwemer will not be featured outside of the ruler designer, and they will only be featured in the ruler designer after everyone else has been seen to first, it is unlikely they will be featured in version 0.1, and even after that, no effort will be made by myself to create a "unique" game experience for them, they will be treated as "Dunmer" in the system with a different portrait set as I really can't be bothered recoding my stuff to suite them.

Can you show where you found this? I never heard of this before and can't find it anywhere. Just curious.

Reman (Something-nauts) and Altmeri (Sunbirds) spaceships and possible moon colonies are old Lore constructions, far older than TES:O. I don't know how far into fanon it's trough, they may be only MK's writtings.

Ok... THis didn't help me much @.@

I looked up Spelljammer and it seems to be its own world, different from The Elder Scrolls world. So, Im still kinda confused how the Reman dynasty had access to spaceships.

Spelljammer is D&D in space basically, I was just making an obvious link to where they ripped the whole idea from.

I know that story, it was something Michael Kirkbride, an ex-dev who developed a lot of Morrowind's lore wrote. That work isn't officially canon and I think contradicts several canon sources on the subject, just like all his works after he quit Bethesda. They are somewhat popular amongst lore fans though.

EDIT: didn't read that you included MK in your post sorry :p but yeah, they aren't officially canon. None of his stuff is. I personally dont like any of his work, but I'm apparently a minority in the Lore community
