I haven't been able to raid as anyone else.

Or it doesn't appear to allow me to raid. As like the Aylieds or the Nords.

I can't raid as anyone.

So I suspect it's doubtful. Unless I just have the wrong version of the mod.

Well I just press the toggle loot button on my army and send them on their way to Orsinium. They seem to get the loot as the bar goes down as they stand their.

Hello there, I am a little green helper, I am Santa's Orc :). To answer your questions in reverse:

2. Only Empire of Tsaesci exists at start de-jure. All other Empires are creatable once you meet certain requirements. When you form them, the High Kingdoms that you control at the moment of formation become part of the Empire, and your Empire becomes de-jure over those High Kingdoms.

There is a Empire for every race in Tamriel. Bretons: Bretonnian Empire, Nors: Nordic Empire, Bosmers: Bosmeri Dominion, etc. And then there is the Empire of Tamriel which needs certain special requirements to be able to be formed. Usually, to form the Race Empires you need to hold first of all a High Kingdom. Once you do so you will get in the decision box the option to create an Empire with the corresponding requirement :).

That's basically the quick version.

1. If you want fun starting spots, I suggest going for Valenwood, Argonia, or playing a Count in Morrowind. Basically any place you want to play in is fun, but some tend to be more challenging then others. Just see what you feel like playing and go to that province and wreak havoc!

So more or less just conquer my entire people group as a start and then see what happens?

I just checked and I'm not using the beta patch.
Almost: it gets past Mapping Morrowind, but it crashes too quickly afterwards for me to see if it does it at Using Dibella's Paints or Exploring Valenwood. It would appear that for some players (for no real discernible reason; as I noticed 0.1.2 worked fine) the mod crashes at loading PXDmap. Or worse, at the initialization part.
EDIT: Confirmed for me: removing the the FX folder from GFX makes the game load fine.

Pretty much yes. Only way to create an Empire, since Empires in European sense are not found in TES lore. All Empires have the basis of an entire province, aka High Kingdom, before they are formed.

I tried to remove that folder but my game still crashes at Mapping Morrowind. :/

The submods aren't working for the new version anymore (at least the 'only Tamriel' version)

Great mod guys, It's awesome to see the huge changelog every time :)

If you open the Sub-mod's .mod file (any text editor should do it) you will see a "dependencies = { "Something" }.

You just need to replace that Something with the ElderKings.mod's name. (To see that name, just open it and look for name = "Something")

Alternatively, you can just copy and paste the contents from the Sub-mod directly into your main mod. That may cause issues trough.

This is only for the 8 divines, right? I won't get it if I play as, say, an ALMSIVI?

Yes, it's limited to human Eight Divine's followers.

Warlord CB works, it's just been altered. You either have to directly control a province neighbouring the realm you want to conquer, or you have to be the top liege of one, and they can't be in the same realm as you.

Doesn't work. Have the reach, realm is touching Solitude, Winterhold, and that one bluish Jarldom north of the colovian estates (Can't remember; never played as it, and it never got powerful enough for me to remember its name).

No warlord CB.

I have the ambition, just no CB.

I'm guessing that it would actually be possible to just throw the code in here for those of us who want to get back to bringing the dominion of the Reachmen to all of Tamriel ASAP, and don't mind doing a bit of editing in the CB file.

I don't know if anyone's pointed this out (or whether it's just me), but republics don't seem to be building trade posts.

Known issue, its a vanilla thing, Republics cant build trade posts until they reach level 2 in trade practices.

I don't know if this has been said yet, but there is a problem playing as Hackdirt (The Brethren county) because its only holding is a city, but instead of being a republic the leader is a Count. Is this intended?

That makes the game crash instantly for me instead. Weird. Hopefully there is a fix for this.

I don't know if this has been said yet, but there is a problem playing as Hackdirt (The Brethren county) because its only holding is a city, but instead of being a republic the leader is a Count. Is this intended?

It has always been a city and no it isn't a bug, you can't play neither count republics nor landlocked republics. As I like the whole Brethren thing and have now given the guy a dynasty, I put a castle there for the next version.

That makes the game crash instantly for me instead. Weird. Hopefully there is a fix for this.
