Right, first bug/issue. When I turn on the mod, it just gives me the standard standard start-up, as if I was playing vanilla, but when I try to start a game, I just get a map of Europe with no playable characters. What have I done wrong?
And thus my game crashes the moment I press play after picking/creating a character. Is there something I'm missing (I have all the major DLC (SoI, SI, LoR, tR) and ruler designer)?

Strange, the download gives me two corrupted gfx character folders. Can somebody upload imperial_female and orc_female separately?

I found a bug though: Playing as Ragnar Wulfharth (Winterhold) in the Interregnum bookmark, I married the countess of Helgen and shortly after had around 10 different children with my vassals. I don't believe my wife was pregnant at the time (is this scripted? Or an error in traits/history?)

I just had 5 bastard kids with my male martial who while not only being male, was not even my lover. :huh:

Oi, how do I give minor titles to people?
Playing as the Ayleid count of Balinesti, I married some super cool wizard woman and made her my new court mage, and through the intrigue screen I deduced that my previous court mage has pretty good martial (11!) and would make for a neat battlemage, but the Honorary Titles tab in diplomacy has no option to appoint him as one, even though he meets all the requirements
Same for all the other minor titles.
As an interesting sidenote, the current leader of the College of Winterhold is an Expert Barbarian named Ralof who has no idea what magic is. That brings a tear to my eye, remembering the nights I spent playing Oblivion Q_Q
EDIT: Bug report - some of the characters are called b_logvale or b_randomunbuilttown, at least in the remaining Ayleid lands. It's not so much a gamebreaker as it makes me cringe.
EDIT2: Another bug - I seem to have 0 income, even though both the provinces I own seem to give me 4 and 5 gold per month, respectively, but I'm not gaining any of it and my earnings tab also says I don't get anything. Kind of hard to do anything if you don't get any money, lol :|

The game runs well, though it is pretty slow because of its size...

It isn't about location of mod (it's in proper place).
Reinstalled visual c++, nothing.
Verified in steam ck files, nothing.
Changed graphics options to default, nothing.
Reinstalled mod, nothing.
But it rather is connecet to some graphic stuff, it's pretty classic bug, c++ runtime, but never got it in vanilla or modded ck2.
