Perhaps unsupported means that the female characters do not yet wear bras? Alternatively maybe it means that instead of the ice cream man serving ice cream, the ice cream would just sit there unobserved, and I completely forgot the parameters of that metaphor.

Why not just release it as a zip file? It is a lot less annoying and more straightforward.
I've always preferred zip files too, but there are more important matters at hand, which have likely already been answered but I don't know the answers:
1. Does Ruler Designer work as is?
2. Is there any outfits that would allow me to exclaim "I'm Batman" or "Swear to me" like the Nightengale outfit from Skyrim? If not, how long before this glaring oversight is rectified?

This does not happen before the Dwemer disappeared, that happened in 1E 689, this mod takes place in the second era, almost 3,000 years after that.

I was refering to the transformation of the snow elves into the falmer.
I didn't exactly comment on that, I am talking about the Dwarves. The can't be in the mod since the lore says they are gone.
