UPDATE: this mod is back on at full speed. I have resolved the previous difficulties.

Of interest is what to do with aircaft: this is taken from my notes:

Airports represent the economy of the country. Airports are centres of trade, business and industry.
Aircraft attacking are to sabotage, destroy, obstruct, wreck, vandalise, disrupt, cripple, impair, incapacite an enemy's industrial and commercial base.
So aircraft are AGENTS of a country who carry out this work.
In a war they attack in all the normal ways an enemy's infrastructure, logistics and units, just as normal aircraft do in ww2.

Planes are also pop types, aristocrats, capitalists, clergymen, clerks, craftsmen etc.
You need a particular type of pop to be able to perform a particular type of work.
So you can have the tech, but you need the capitalist unit to build the type of factory.

Thanks for your interest.

glad to hear that you go on with the mod!:)
can i help you with some historical stuff / timelines for some event chains or something like this?

Thanks for offering to help.
I'm still at the gathering and organising and ideas stage. Lots of OpenOffice (excel) sheets full of data and information, etc. I do not actually start the mod until I have a clear vision of what I'm doing and the HOW. Only then do I start putting it all together to create a mod.

I have the units images I need.
I need general images from 1750 to 1820 era, just for backgrounds, event images etc.
I DO need lists of "stuff that happened" to be able to (some time in the future) start writing event strings. I cannot write events yet as I do not have the units finalised yet, or even all the countries yet... Organise before DO again.

So yes timelines involving wars.
I think I have the industrial revolution sorted, certainly I have lots of details already about that.

Maybe tell me what you want to see in the mod, would give me direction.
Basically any productive help you can offer would be gladly received. Cheers

But they are a few mistakes in polish map:
1. This provinces shouldn't be in Poland-Lithuania: Riga, Valmiera, Gulbene, Katowice, Bielsko
2. This provinces should be in Poland-Lithuania: Mogiliv Podolski, Elbing, Schneidemühl

Before 1750:

- August II the Strong (1697-1733) – personal union with Saxony, III Great Northern War (huge damages in Lithuania and Poland), revolt in Lithuania, second king – Stanisław Leszczyński (1704-1709), civil war in Poland,
- Stanisław Leszczyński (second time - 1733-1736) - war of the Polish Succession (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/War_of_the_Polish_Succession), patron of art, opponent of liberum veto (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liberum_veto), wanted centralised power in Commonwealth
- August III (1733-1763) – Austrian and Russian intervention lead to election August to the throne, in his time there was two significant parties – pro-Russia Czartoryscy and pro-Prussia/pro-France Potoccy, Czartoryscy in 1744 (Grodno sejm) wanted to increase polish army, but Potoccy blocked reforms. In 1749 former king – Stanisław Leszczyński (now lived in France) published Głos wolny wolność ubezpieczający (The Free Voice Guaranteeing Freedom) – in this document Stanisław Leszczyński proposed reform in agrarian system, improve status of peasants, restriction of liberum veto, increase polish army to 100.000 men and form real government with ministers, Leszczyński had support of part noble men.
In time when governed both Augusts took place only 35 Sejms (liberum veto with 15, only 8 with good ending).
August's III foreign policy:
- very good relations with Russia and very bad with Prussia (in begining)
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Treaty_of_Warsaw_(1745) – good relations with UK, Netherlands, Austria, Saxony

In 1750:

- real power had polish-lithuanian magnates (Czartoryscy, Potoccy and so on) – they thought, that weak country, which can’t threaten their neighbors, can defend ourself (isolationism and decentralism).
- real army in Poland-Lithuania was ca. 12.000 men (plus magnates private armies)
- very good relation with Saxony, UK; good relations with Austria, Turkey, bad or very bad relations with Russia and Prussia

Possible tech teams in 1750:

- Hetman Wielki Koronny (see below in events) (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hetman_wielki_koronny) (in 1750 – Józef Potocki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Józef_Potocki) – military
- Hetman Wielki Litewski (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hetman_wielki_litewski) (in 1750 - Michał Kazimierz Radziwiłł - https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michał_Kazimierz_Radziwiłł_Rybeńko)
- Akademia Krakowska (now: Uniwersytet Jagielloński in Cracow)
- Societas Literaria in Danizg (scientific society)
- Societas Physicae Experimentalis (by Józef Aleksander Jabłonkowski)
- Collegium Nobilium in Warsaw (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collegium_Nobilium_w_Warszawie_(pijarskie)) – concentrated on history, law, economics, mathematics and also military aspects – it was for young noble men
- Jabłonkowscy/Zamoyscy/Lubomirscy/Czartoryscy/Poniatowscy Latifundium (agraric techs)
- Academia et Universitas Vilnensis Societatis Jesu – matchematics, medicine and military also
- Hippaeum Zamoscianum (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zamojski_Academy)
- Collegium Lubranscianum (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lubrański_Academy) – medicine, mathematics, astronomy
- Biblioteka Załuskich (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Załuski_Library)
- Stanisław Konarski (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanisław_Konarski) – foundator of Collegium Nobilium – education affairs, which could be use in military tactics
- Komisja Brukowa (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Street_Commission) – or maybe event?
EDIT:
- 1758 - Academia Leopolis (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Lviv#Beginnings)
In further years could apperas new tech temas, i.e.:
- in 1765 Corps of Cadets (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corps_of_Cadets_(Warsaw))
- in 1773 Komisja Edukacji Narodowej (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commission_of_National_Education) – first Ministry of Education in Europe
- in 1776 Królewska Szkoła Artylerii (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Królewska_Szkoła_Artylerii) – King Artiley School

Names of armies:
https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wojsko_polskie_w_latach_1764–1788#Struktura_organizacyjna_w_1786 (jazda = cavalery, piechota = infantry, Sztab generalny koronny = polish divisions, Sztab generalny litewski = lithuanian divisions)

other names: https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brygada_Cekhauzu_Warszawskiego - below in Oddziały wojska I Rzeczypospolitej 1717–1795

Possible events for August III:
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saxon_Axis – improvements in Warsaw
- choose Hetman Wielki Koronny/Litewski – chief of army in Poland-Lithuania (it could change tactics and add new tech team)
- first polish cafees (kafenhause)
- expasion of Royal Castle (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Castle,_Warsaw#Late_Baroque_period)
"The reconstruction work according to these plans was carried out with various intensity between 1740 and 1752. During the period of 1740-1747 the façade on the Vistula side was reconstructed in the late baroque style (architects: Gaetano Chiaveri, Carl Friedrich Pöppelmann, Jan Krzysztof Knöffel)."
- royal scholarship in Dresden for polish studens
- Poczta Saska (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pałac_Wesslów) – it helped comunication between Warsaw and Dresden
- economy developments
- trade with Saxony
- trade with Turkey
- weaknes of trade with Russia
- 17 January – anniversary of August III coronation
- althist – take power by Stanisław Leszczyński party – what do you think about it? It could change Seven Years War
- althist - conquer Silesia (with Breslau, before 7 Years War), which may conect Poland and Saxony
- 5 October 1763 – Polsih Election (?)

I don’t know which date will be ending date, so. Should I give more?

So this type of presentation is good?

I will make these land and naval units, but
What is cas agents? What is "merc"?

In previous post I added new tech team.

Presentation is fine.
CAS are aircraft, that are "agents of the state" which attack enemy units or installations, just like real aircraft, only much slower of course.
MERC are mercenaries

and I left out Cuirassiers, which is D9
