We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
Each mod has a thread (or a sub-forum like CORE) that will have a 'readme' thread which describes what the mod is about.
Just look through the appropriate sub-forums.

Ummm, no. There is no 'readme' thread in the core or stony subforums which has a description.
