is it possible to become an emperor in this mod? or is king the highest possible tier.

King is highest tier so far. I am personally not that much big a fan of the Imperial tier in vanilla, but I see nothing wrong with adding Imperial titles within the game. I may make Imperial titles created the same way as Royal titles, but with more requirements such as a realm size minimum.

ok, im more asking just so i know i dont have to pursue that. im currently playing as the starting guy from rome and thought it was funny if i could create the empire of latium :p

but would be nice maybe to add.

some other funny thing did happen, i got an inbred imbicile stuttering cousin while his parents were not of the same house... :O

So using the ruler designer DLC I made an Italian Catholic just to see how the game was. one it's obviously harder, but two I have access to Pikes. So using the ruler designer DLC if there's a culture building you REALLY want just make them that culture.

haha thank GOD for Holy Orders, the 3 orders have saved my butt, and on the plus side some of the area's and people next to me converted to Catholicism so no more rushes to take them before the Pagan doomstacks crush me. It would probably be easier for you to do this dauncosony at the same time as you put them all into related cultural groups so you don't have to go back and add them after doing all that work.

Hello everybody

As you asked for feedback:

- I would really appreciate if everybody would start with the same holding (the best would be castle, like in the versions before)
I don't like it at all, that there are some counties with a village or bishopric, but that is just my personal opinion
- I would find it the best if religions start at random places, which would lead to a more unpredictable game and therefore to a higher replayability. I would find it really funny if Pagan starts in Rome or in Constantinople :)
But as mentioned before, this is just my personal opinion
- I like that the tech starts on level 0
- I like the whole idea of this mod, due to my preference to lead a little piece of land to a mighty one :p

I really hope that you keep working on this great mod and keep improving it ;)

Last but not least i have a questions:

Is it important for your mod to start in the year 1?
Yesterday i loaded the game with your mod and the Magnate Lords mod (http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?612028-MOD-Magnate-Lords)
I realized that Magnate Lords is designed to start in the year 1066 so the ressource discovery events will only fire in the year 1066. In my opinion your mod and Magnate Lords would be very cool to play together, adding more flavor to the whole game. So is there any way to make them compatible?

Personaly i don't care about historical accuracy.
The main point why I play mods is to have more fun than I am having in the normal game and well I don't mind playing as a Islamic King of France or a Pagan King of Germany as this opens more possibilities to play this game. And this is what I am looking for.

No, but the way it currently is, it doesn't matter where you are. If you get hit my Sunni or Shia, you will need to get SoI.

Edit: If I had my way with it, I'd make it so a generic "Christan" religon, which expands majorly around year 150. It could get split into the two christan religions, Catholic and Orthodox, after it gets really popular among pagans. Later on Shia and Sunni appears (At the same time, due to their relation to eachother). Perferably in a remaining Pagan Province, although a Christan provience would be fine too due to the fact that they both have Abrahamic origins.

Religion spread would change so that it starts in one province and then gets an extremely high chance of expanding to other provinces. This way you still have religions in the same general area instead of the complete fustercluck it currently is.

Apologies on the abrupt change of topic, but whenever I launch this mod (by itself, reinstalled/verified cache of CK2 on steam as well) my monitor crashes and says "input not supported", though the message would of course be different on other monitors. I have to forcibly shut down my PC and restart to do anything further. I have the steam version if that helps, as well.

My general resolution is currently set at 1280x1024, but I'll try lowering it for the game itself to see if that will fix this problem. This mod does look really awesome, and hopefully I can play it soon. :)
