Clouds of War (COW) a fog of war replacer
Simple mini mod to make the fog of war look more like clouds.
It replaces the vanilla fog with a custom made clouds texture. Take a look at the screenshots below to get an impression of how it looks like.

Installation:
As usual. Extract the files from the archive and move them to your mod directory (<YOURDRIVELETTER>:\Users\<YOURUSERNAME>\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod). Activate "Clouds of War" in the mod panel of your CK2 launcher.

P.S My initial intention was to make the fog look like white clouds, but it seems the color is hardcoded and the texture acts like an alpha map. If anyone knows how to change the fow color, please let me know.
