take a look at the install of your DLC - some of them where updated by the patch and must be reinstalled after patching. if you are using gamersgate you´ll find the disabled dlc ingame at the store if the BUY-button is not greyed and shows a green "install" instead. its absolute necessary, that the mongol face dlc and the african face dcl are installed correctly.

correct checksums:
vanilla without any MOD: JQDK
with BLC8d9 only: HKCG

Well I bought CK2 and all the DLC via Steam, so I'm not really sure how I can redownload the DLC? I tried validating the game cache and it said everything was where it should be.

I just loaded up CK2 with BLC and the checksum is VQTP? :/

I'm just going to try uninstalling CK2 completely and then reinstalling.

Online store? You mean Steam?

I don't know what's going on, I just verified the game cache, 2 files were downloaded, loaded the game up with vanilla and unchecked all DLCs, exited the game, restarted the game with BLC and all my DLCs, now basically every character from the Kurdish and Persians to the Spanish and Greeks have Northern European faces...

Probably it's a bug, but in my games ERE characters are dressed and crowned using stuff equal as HRE....

with the new medditerean faces coming up in the new DLC, will this mod and the saves i have now still be save-game compatible with the new 1.09 patch? I dont want to start a campaign and have it be broken off by another patch.

Saves are never going to be guaranteed across patches. Neither is mod compatibility.

Has anyone put together either specific instructions for modding Project Balance to work with BLC or a compatibility mod like the one Teutonic_Thrash did for CK2+? Last I saw (page 54) there were issues with the cultural buildings.
