Then I don't know, as far as I know 1.07 didn't change anything that Cultural Cities does. Unless... let's see, does that change defines.txt? No, just went through my install of Cultural Cities and I don't see anything conflicting. Might be hardcoded in 1.07, they did a bunch of graphical optimizations for speed improvements. To be honest, I don't pay that much attention to the cities.

Correct. Even the East Africans use the DLC features, just the old BLC African headgear/clothes.

Sorry, BLC 8d2 (the one that's 1.07 compatible) requires African DLC. By terms of service, mods can't directly compete with Paradox DLCs, and having African portraits that don't require the African DLC would do that. My attempts to make it run without needing the African DLC caused CTDs on selecting an African character, and since this really isn't my project, I don't want to spend more time figuring out why.

Works great! Just one more bug i know of, and that's the Andalusians: They do not have their correct model and appear as the default Bedouin model. Hopefully this isn't very hard to fix.

Probably because they're also defined in portraits_mediterranean.gfx, and I guess that overrides portraits.gfx. I'll get a fix up tonight.
