), then Roger II married Elvira of Castille, Sybilla of Burgundy and Beatrice of Rethel, his succesor William I married Margaret of Navarre, William II married Joan of England, Tancred I married Sybilla of Accera -a blonde her family originaly from Anjou... so at the very top there was very little Sicilian blood coming in the Norman rulers. I guess the very top less than 1% of the population being represented in this game would not get much Sicilian blood in... the lower nobility, the knights etc, that's where we would see the mixing.
