What is the "Baltic Pagan Balancing" mod?
This mod aims to do away with some of the more unsavoury things happening to not just the Baltic Pagans at Christian hands, but also the Ethiopians at Muslim hands, that being: Swift and utter destruction. This mod effectively aims to stop the crazed land grab that seems to happen in every game against these poor people. Effectively Holy War and Crusade CBs has been turned off against pagans and Ethiopians (they also cannot use them, mind you) before 1200. In addition Pomerania is no longer de jure part of HRE, meaning Wendland has a greater chance of staying independent until 1200. Effectively this means that before 1200 you need to manufacture claims on pagan lands (which we all know can be damned expensive).

You are to free to use this mod in your mod if you want. Just give credits, that is generally good manners.
This mod changes the following base files: landed_titles.txt, 00_buildings.txt and 00_cb_types.txt
landed_titles.txt has the only change in it that k_pomerania is moved outside of e_hre. 00_buildings.txt has had warrior_cult moved outside of it. 00_cb_types.txt has had crusade and religious CBs moved outside of it. So if you want to merge, keep that in mind and it should work.
