[Mod] Arakesh System

Hello there,

I'm new to modding and now I made my first little baby steps and created my own starting system. It's a binary system and it has four custom made neighbor systems. I hope you like it.

Mod has system description for all languages, but I had to use google translate for french, spanish, polish, russian and portuguese localisation. But I hope it's fine.

Now with a custom made anomaly event. Mod is ironman compatible.

Note:
The custom made anomaly event has english and german localisations. Other languages will get an english text. If you want to translate the event, feel free to contact me.
