Mod Applier?

Does anyone know of an application that allows you to have a mod in a folder in your directory and you can use the application to enable or disable the mod?

No, I think the game engine doesnt allow for that. mods are usually opened over the vanilla files to get them to work.
Recommend installing 2 CK versions on your pc
1. Vanilla
2. Mod you want to play

Or you can program your own little Python / C / whatever program which swaps around the contents of the folders

Crusader Kings\db
Crusader Kings\gfx
Crusader Kings\config

That's where the mod stuff should be.

As long as you use a mod that won't change your .exe you can use JSGME

Basically it puts the modfiles in your game dir and backs up any file it replaces.

sorry, you're right. It's dead. But I just googled it. So type in jsgme (mod) and you're bound to find a link.
