Also, and I have said this many times, if we try and make the perfect mod it will never be made. I think once the mod is working well and people are enjoying it then adding things will come natural, and we can expand in all kinds of ways.
A suggestion for down the road then: Now that it's possible to have customizable special units maybe, instead of horses, Native American cultures could have a unique light infantry class that specializes in pursuit. It probably shouldn't be quite as good at it as actual cavalry, of course, but it would give them something for pursuit while still allowing you to simulate the lack of horses among natives during the time AND allowing the Europeans to have them.

Loads but most characters present in game are not selectable (I get a couple in the north east, a couple in central America, and a couple in western south America), Vinalnd and Thorfinn have no culture, Chancellor actions give no percentage tooltip, Diviner only has percentage tooltip for Research Cultural Tech, Spymaster has no percentage tooltip for study technology.
It doesn't seem to work with the latest patch, at least for me. Are you sure it's compatible with the latest patch?
1) That's because large swaths of the game do not have characters defined yet.
2) Vanilla cultures are not imported yet due to a few bugs
3) I believe lack of vanilla events is responsible.
