I'll have a look! I'm an archaeology and anthropology student, and I've got about a month left before term starts, a couple of weeks of which I'll be spending at university, so I've got quite a bit of time for research. Unfortunately, a lot of the languages in question are well and truly dead and almost unattested except for a few words, so names will be very difficult for some of them. Speculative reconstructions based on closely related languages might work, but many of them are linguistic isolates or unclassified due to their remoteness from any other plausibly related languages, so even that isn't a way out, a lot of the time. Descriptive English names, like the ones based on English readings of Mayan glyphs before they were deciphered ("Spear Jaguar", etc.) could perhaps be used as a last resort.
Tawantinsuyu is an exception in that we have really detailed information about it - though most of it is pertinent to a period several hundred years after the start date. For instance:
Inca emperor: Sapa Inka (High Inca)
Principal wife of Inca emperor: Qoya (Queen)
Inca vassal kingdom: Suyu (a quarter)
Inca vassal king: Apu (the governer of a quarter) OR Inkap Rantin (the viceroy of Qusqu)
Inca duchy: Wamani (a province)
Inca duke: Toqrikoq (the governeror of a province)
Inca count: Hunu Kuraka (an official in charge of 10,000 taxpayers, i.e. adult male household heads)
Inca baron: Pichkawaranqa Kuraka (5000 taxpayers) OR Waranqa Kuraka (1000 taxpayers)
Inca religious head: Willaq Umu (High Priest of the Sun)
Inca city ruler, any tier: Kamayuq (there were ranks, but these were non-hereditary officials in charge of fewer than 100 taxpayers, while a Kuraka's position was hereditary, like a castle holder's)
Inca martial: Apu (the term was also used for generals, Apukuna [plural])
Inca steward: Khipu Kamayuq (court record keeper)
Inca spymaster: Tokoyrikoq (inspector reporting to the Sapa Inka)
Inca ambassador: Chaski (a messenger)
Dead Inca emperor (if possible): Mallki (royal mummy)
Someone who holds a dead Inca emperor's personal estates: Panaqa (strictly speaking, the term for a royal lineage in charge of managing a Mallki's estates)
That's really only a small sample of the detailed information that exists about Inca administration. The four quarters (which would use short names, i.e. Collasuyu as opposed to Suyu of Colla) could perhaps be titular kingdoms which can be formed by a decision that also creates a titular Tawantinsuyu if Qusqu holds a sufficient number of kingdom-rank titles.
