- Playable characters are located in 4 Duchies in the area around the southern Urals replacing some vanilla rulers there in 867 and 1066

- 35 face tattoos/paints as decals
- 18 body tattoos/paints as decals
- A yearly event assigns randomly selected tattoos/paints to adult male characters of this culture if they currently have none

- A dozen base game hairstyles, also available in the Barbershop
- 4 more hairstyles if you own the Northern Lords DLC

- A new religion
- Some new UI textures
- 15 earrings, nose and brow piercing models and combinations for adult males of standing

- Can recruit Horse Archers, with unit pictures for other MAA they use as well

- You can use the 'Customize' character interaction by clicking on your own or any other Amerindian male character to toggle things such as wearing full clothing or going topless showing the body paint better, and character poses and background picture
- Other things are also in the Barbershop

Sorry for replying so late.

I don't currently have one since I'm not familiar with the IPA sound system for phonemes but I can try creating a phonemic inventory table since I do know how the words are gonna sound.
I'll study the way phonemic inventories are made and post it here then.

Updated the mod with a larger update that includes :
- The ability to select hair addon parts straight from the Barbershop under 'Hair Extras'
- An added bow and knife model that males of this culture may wear and is also in the Barbershop
- Headbands and earrings for women of this culture
- The old quiver model has been replaced by the higher quality base game quiver model

Some recent changes :
- Possible to change a target character's face and body paints using the 'Customize' character interaction
- Male Knights/Champions may wield either a spear or an axe and Shaman who are Knights/Champions will also equip a ceremonial shield
- Several belt accessory items were added that are also selectable in the Barbershop
- New headgear models, bracelets, necklaces and hairstyles have already been added
