I could set them to be random, the thing is I wanted all regions to be equal. And also that if I where to define areas of one culture I would have to go through the map and check where each province is one by one. =/

lol, the problem though is that the barbarian events will not fire correctly (not fire at all), and that everyone elses (not yours since you design a new ruler) will be 50+ years old at start. Otherwise that will do fine.

Done what?

Well, the mod Dawn of Kingdoms has done basically the concept of this mod. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you should stop making this, especially since the last time both the Mod has been updated was months ago and the thread is the same story. I'm saying that maybe you can take some tips from his model.

Edit: I also recommend perhaps just removing all Cities and Temples from the map. The reason being that both of those holdings get less levies in general, resulting in everyone just invading them the second the game starts and instantly taking them over. Buffing their levies will also not work, as you just end up causing the opposite situation to occur. Cities and Temples will be overpowered due to the fact that they normally get much more income then Castles. The easiest solution is to just make everyone have Castles, because everyone will start equal and also playable.

I didn't like that system, only able to create some kingdoms, etc. Isn't essentially the only thing alike that we both removed all de jure titles and made every county independant? Also, what ideas did you have in mind?

What? You were able to create a Kingdom out of every damn Duchy in the game, which if is exactly what you did if I am not mistaken. Would you mind elaborating further as to why you didn't like what he did?
Then I must have played an earlier version or something, because I don't remember it being like this one in more ways than what i just said. And I thought that mod died a long time before I stopped playing it. I don't really remember, just that I didn't like how few religions there where (If i remember correctly) and the conditions to create a kingdom, and that it felt like you recreated history instead of creating new one. But as I said it was a long time ago and I don't really remember.
Also, you might want to think about watching your language since people will take you more seriously then. :)

Well, I'm fairly competent at editing the map, if you wanted that. I have also made a couple hundred flags in the past, so I could solve the abundance of two-tone flags we seem to have. I know my way around standard files, so I could edit religions and the like if needed. I'm also able to edit many of the .dds files, so I could, for instance, add a new roster of religion icons for more variety. I know that giving every religion it's own symbol is not really an option, but more then just crosses, crescents, and knots would be good for variety. I'm sure that given time, I could also learn to edit any other bits which need editing...
