There are obviously degrees here (there is really no reason to include Essos without actual countries there), but Sahara is in the game and completely useless in vanilla CK2 and nobody bitches about that taking up resources.
Yep, u has right. But u know, in the game Robert and his brothers can die, and still, rebellion can win war. Then what? But Rhaegar's army lost BECAUSE Rhaegar died, it was undecided until then, when his army fled the field when he fell. What's to say that Robert's army wouldn't have done the same had their positions reversed?
But still Robert's document authorized the Ned to be a regent. Lannisters ofc. not gonna agree that, and some war/fight over throne can happen, but ofc. in diffrent way. Barristan still will be banished, Ned imprisoned etc. and I am sure that Renly still would like to start a war, he cant accept fact that Joffrey is controlled by Lannisters. After Robert death there is a chaos in Kings Landings and many ways to start a war. If Ned would learned the truth about Lancel...?I am sorry but we shall have to agree to disagree. Rob wouldn't have risen up if Joffrey was Robert's heir because Ned wouldn't have tried to depose him and subsequently been imprisoned (which is why Robb initially called his banners). If Joffrey had a legitimate claim to the throne the war of the five kings never would have happened, even if he did prefer his Lannister heritage and change the Royal Flag. I expect Eddard would have remained hand for a bit then been dismissed back to Winterfell, Tywin would have been hand and would have done what he did best. GoT simply wouldn't have happened if Joffrey was legitimate, it would instead just be the story of the Targaryen Scions.
Saying about Robb I mean North. : ) However, Renly too hasn't any claims, except a variant when he killing his brother. Also, I expect Robb did support Stannis for the Iron Throne, he was just pushed into a situation where all of his bannermen were shouting for independence, and he didn't have the fortitude of Ned to say "No, Stannis is the rightful heir, we declare for him.". The only person imho that doesn't care about claims was Balon, because he just wants to f*ck up the world like a true Ironborn.
This is not how copyright works. There is a fairly big difference between naming a mod after the series and including music from the show.
Anyway, it should be obvious to people that you can't include music from the show.
It does take up man hours to craft, hours probably better spent elsewhere at this time as Essos won't have a use yet. There are obviously degrees here (there is really no reason to include Essos without actual countries there), but Sahara is in the game and completely useless in vanilla CK2 and nobody bitches about that taking up resources.

IT won't send me an Activation Email.
Still nothing for me.

As we are adapting the work to other form, we are already messing up with the copyright law...
I fear MUCH more to be stopped because of our adaptation of the serie toward a game than in the use of one music which isn't sold and on which we would have no effect.
To be fair, it has happened before. Just a few months ago, twenty BSG space-sim mods got wiped out after a C&D notice from NBC.Also, people have been making mods based on original IP for decades already (LOTR etc.) and I haven't heard of anyone being stopped.
One idea for the night watch would be for them to actually be a barrier. Trigger Mongol like wildling invasions that they have to defend against.
But what would a player do between invasions? Manage vassals and beg for troops. Give them very poor lands but let them trigger events that can temporarily boost their levies or gold production. Can they be given a custom council where instead of a chancellor fabricating claims they have a recruiter trying to beg supplies or troops?
If you create lots of terriories north of the wall, maybe even a kingdom and some duchies you could better simulate the wildlings infighting. If you remove the CB so no one else can attack north of the wall you have a constant source of pagans.
Pagans would have a "breach the wall" CB that says if they take control of a section of wall, they get a huge boost in resources, the lands immediately around that wall get the looted trait but pagans don't retain the land, it reverts back to night watch control.
