If it wasn't in the final cut how does he know what Aerys looks like in the show? I've searched the internets (and have the Blu-ray box set with extras) and haven't found the scene you speak of.

He was meant to play as Aerys the Mad King. There's also another picture but that's about it I think.
Forgive me if this answer is located somewhere, I'm trying to find answers and there is just so much to look through. I'm not much of a mod user. I tried to follow the directions to install the GoT mod.
When I launch my game, it shows the mod. When I select it and launch, my game immediately crashes every time. I'm using a mac and my CK2 is through Steam.
Could someone direct me to a thread or FAQ that might be of help, or give me a quick solution here? Thanks.

Just one question, why is Jory Cassel a Lord with a proper house? Isnt he suposed to be a lowborn who is ust tthe captain of the Household guard of Ned Stark?
Since you guys have been kind of starved for new information lately, have a screenshot from one of my latest test games.
In addition to the obvious, there's three more wars going on in that picture:
There's still plenty of kinks to work out, but I think we're starting to finally make progress toward making the game stay interesting after the War of the Usurper ends.

- Mark Stark is trying to invade the Riverlands, under his mother's claim. Unfortunately for him, the Tullies managed to seal off the Neck before he could break through, and they are now advancing northwards with a 30,000 man army.
- Willas Tyrell has launched a rebellion to take back the Reach from House Florent, who stole it from him during the War of the Usurper.
- ...SOMETHING is going on in the Westerlands. Not entirely sure what, but it looks rather bloody.

Stannis Baratheon marries Obara Martell of Dorne
Renly then tries to seize Dragonstone, but the Navy of Dragonstone allow Stannis to easily defeat the knights of summer by only engaging weaker armies on the coast. Renly is defeated and Stannis gains much prestige and money. Deciding that eventually seizing the Stormlands from Renly, Stannis suddenly realises at a tourney that he fancies the boys. A look at the Iron throne shows that all 3 Baratheon brothers are apparently Homosexuals. Luckily, Obara Sand still manages to force Stannis into having two children, Michal and Elinor. Renly then dies an early death while fighting a war that results in his underage heir Gulian, to inherit the title of Prince of Dorne! Stannis then dies from Syphilis and his son Michal also underage, takes over Dragonstone. King Robert the Fat lives to the ripe old age of 70 before he finally succumbs to heart disease and syphilis. The Vale declares itself an independent kingdom on Robert's death and miraculously manages to keep their freedom. And thus ends the reign of Robert the Fat and the last of the three brothers Baratheon.
A new generation now stands to mess up the future

I figured it out you do exactly what you have done but rename the folder "Game of Thrones.mod" and itll register it mines work perfectly now

There wouldn't be a way to add House Words if you were to create a new house in the Ruler Designer, would there?
Interesting things happening in 314. Most of what we plan to add is aimed at keeping Westeros unstable enough to be fun, and doesn't really lend itself to direct screencaps.
So are we being treated with the War of the Five Kings in the next update, or is it still a way off?

Hey guys, I'm in war versus the Iron Islands as a Lannister, is there anyway I can attack the islands? Do I need ships? If that the case how do I get them?
Yeah a war of the 5 kings scenario would add a lot of replayablity without having to come up with any new mechanisms.
Aye, and the shield islands together are at least 80. If you can get them then you can send a larger army.
Speaking of ships, I think it should be possible to hire Mercenary Ships so you can maneuver/protect against the Iron Islands.
