Those must have been remarkably small armies he cooked. No wonder King Torrhen knelt, how many men could he possibly have fielded? Two dozen?

I begun writing an extensive expose on the forging of the throne in relation to the building of the Red Keep, then I discovered that medieval threadwheel cranes could lift up to 3000kg per operator, making my hypothesis collapse. Just keep in mind, though, that Aegon would not have begun forging the throne until way after the end of his wars. Unless he had been planning to collect the swords of the highborn dead all the way from Dragonstone, it is doubtless he would have them. He could, of course, ask his vassals for their swords, but that's not only awkward but also incredibly insulting.
That's true. Though seeing twenty-four Stark bannermen fighting the armies of Aegon in his prime as well as three dragons would be quite funny to watch...

Littlefinger is a man I wouldn't trust even when telling me the time.
I'd go so far to say Varys is even more trustworthy than Littlefinger.

But littlefinger point was that they never melted all the swords of their fallen enemy, that where just propaganda to make the king look better. However: NEVER TRUST LITTLEFINGER.

Playing as Aegon in the Seven Kingdoms scenario is really fun, you can choose to just do nothing but breed your children or go conquer one kingdom, convert everyone to Valyrian faith, and go for the next kingdom. Plus, you can have multiple wives. Wives who are your sisters. Or daughters.

I am using the Not a Bear trait in this mod and it is grand! Made a bear with high intrigue just so it really looks like Bearington :p But can you guys make some events specific for the Not a Bear trait? Like the ones jokingly suggested by the Devs. The option to eat people and our answers being just roars of approval or disapproval. It would be nice ^^

I was under the impression that the Ironborn were mix-descendants of First Men and Andals. I dunno.

First Men was assimilated by Children of Forest. Ironborns are "true" First Men.

Most of the swords are from field of fire IIRC.

The Andals mixed more strongly with the Ironborn than the First Men as far as I'm aware. Both of their traditions have been warped by the local mythology, anyway. It may be that the Drowned God/Storm God thing was a First Men tradition before Westeros, but it's not like it's confirmed. If it's not, the First Men seem to be more true to tradition than the Iron Islanders have been.

How would you guys recommend I convert a realm? I want to turn Dorne to the light of R'hllor, but I start the game off with everybody detesting me as an infidel and me being incapable of actually demanding any conversions. Any advice would be appreciated.

Best place to start would be converting your capital I'd say. If you're able to, converting those close to you would help too. If you just keep letting your preist/s convert provinces you will gradually get there, but it can take a looooooong time.
