did 1.103 break the mod or is it just me?

Lords keep moving court to rinky-dink little keeps. Bolton moves to Sheepshead Hills, or Lonely Hills when he inevitably usurps the lordship.. Baelish moves to turnbridge or kanet when he takes those. My guess is because they are trying to get closer to the de jure capital (ive redrawn provinces heavily, sheepshead is closer to winterfell than dreadfort etc.) I also have modified siege mechanics to make sieges go quicker and be more deadly, but I don't think that has anything to do with it..

If you are Ironborn, just raid and siege through a holding where a person with one resides.

Oh? I hadn't realised this :O Oh my word, how epic. I never seem to play as the Ironborn. I suppose Theon and Baelon's irksome natures have subconsciously repelled me away from ever playing as one. So as a result I don't really know what they can do. Anyway, thanks a lot :)

This mod is awesome.

I started as Robb Stark, killed Kevan Lannister in battle, stormed King's Landing and captured the Lannisters. I executed Joffrey immediately and after Cersei and Tyrion were found guilty they were also executed. I kept Tommen as a hostage but he died shortly after reaching adulthood(totally natural, mind you). Myrcella was reinstalled as Queen after a short Stannis reign but died shortly after, leaving only her young daughter. She was betrothed to my young son Eddard but she was deposed after Danaerys reinvaded Westeros and claimed the throne for herself.

Needless to say i'm forming alliances with the major houses and there will be a war soon to remove Danaerys from power and restore my daughter-in-law to the throne.

It can get kinda silly; it's easy to end up with an Ironborn ruler quadruple-wielding (or worse) Valyrian blades.

Edit: on the other hand, it's totally worth it to end up with Cersei, Sansa, Catelyn and Margaery Tyrell as Salt Wives, just for the idea of what their conversations would be like.

Could you give a % development done for Essos. I just wondering how far out or how close it is.

I saw in earlier posts that they're 'optimistic for Christmas' time release... so still a while I would say.

They are quite a few accounts, and they are contradictory sometimes. But nonetheless, I think that team doesn't want to set accurate ETA. Quite reasonable, I must say – every time I saw something akin to ETA, I also saw great amount of pressure. And... well.. if they said that they are e.g. 90% done, and we can e.g. expect AGoT by the next month, all hell would break loose if they'd be late. (remember the craziness general forum experiences just before each major DLC/patch? I think noone on AGoT team would like to experience even fraction of this fracture – even moreso, were they to delay Essos due to e.g. new ideas for Dothraki)

At least it's my understanding – and I don't have any connection to AGoT dev team, so I may be quite wrong.

There is one thing i've noticed that I would like to see changed.

In the Clash of Kings scenario, I won as Robb Stark and forced Joffrey off of the throne. I executed him but spared his siblings. The problem is his siblings still have "strong" claims even though the quest chain includes proving them to be the incestuous offspring of Jaime and Cersei. If this has become common knowledge, why would they then get strong claims? Apart from pulling a Gregor Clegane, there's really no way to deal with this.

The argument could be made, "Oh, they get strong claims since Joffrey was on the throne, regardless of his legitimacy." Ok, assuming that is valid, what LP, in their right mind, is going to back someone produced by an incestuous relationship, on top of the fact that the family they belong to is in shambles. This assumes the Lannisters lose, which means that not only are their military forces largely destroyed and their top commanders dead, captured, or exiled but all the lesser lords of the Westerlands would probably be considering overthrowing the Lannisters in favor of themselves or someone close to them. My point is, it seems unrealistic to me that anyone would be willing to support Tommen or Myrcella for any reason.

I suggest this more for the stability of the Iron Throne itself, and not so I can survive better as King of the North. After I gave the throne to Stannis, it resulted in about 100 years of constant civil war in the south with the Iron Islands, Dorne, and the Vale winning their independence. On top of this, a combined Reach/Rock alliance(how amusing) are fighting a war of independence and it looks like they are going to win due to the massive military strength of the Reach. This means that I am largely unchallenged as King in the North which makes for a bit of a boring game.

Any thoughts on this?

Hello everyone. Just recently got the mod, and so far i'm enjoying it a lot. However, I am having a weird bug where every 10 to 30 minutes my game crashes randomly. After one of the crashes I went to load the last save, but it instantly crashed the game when I clicked "load", forcing me to revert to an older auto-save. I've searched around and haven't found anyone who has a solution to the problem, except a friend who recommended turning off all the DLC, but the first post says that they should all be compatible.Does anyone know how I might go about fixing this? I've seen some people say 1.103 isn't compatible, while others say it is. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hmm alright so I was playing as an Ironborn king after overthrowing Baelon and becoming independent, and then I started raiding. I went straight for Winterfell and when the first siege was over I got a message saying my attack had awarded me with the Stark sword Ice. I kept sieging the rest of the Winterfell forts just in case, and then went back home with the Starks as my prisoners and Cat Tully as a salt-wife... But when I got back, Ice was still in Ned's possession and not mine... Am I doing something wrong?

Would it be possible to include a decision to ask everyone to end all plots? Something like "Get Master of Whispers to write to plotters" that then sends an end plot request to everyone who will say yes. I can't think how to do it and its probably hardcoded but it would be helpful. I don't overly care for the people trying to buy loyalty but 150 + plots (as Aegon the conqueror after about 2 years) makes it very hard to see if someone is planning something I do care about.

Also I can't appoint a court Septon, is there an event that is supposed to make the High Septon my Septon automatically? If so it just isn't firing.

Nonetheless a brilliant mod as I always say.

Any answer? Especially for if there is an event that makes High Septon the Septon on the council, or is it supposed to stay blank?

Edit: If not however, I should be able to appoint any Septon that is either in my court or a direct vassal right? Just because I am the King of The Iron Throne doesn't mean I can't have a Septon does it?

I was perusing through the traits as I was designing my ruler, and I came across traits that are named after the major Houses in the series. Does anyone know the purpose of those traits and how it affects the game if chosen for my ruler?
