No, I've run the mod with the above fix and clicking on character search causes a CTD. So does clicking on any character's portrait who is in an 'unknown location'.

Please do this during the A Clash of Kings scenario. Try clicking on Daenaerys portrait, and using character search. It appears I can access it during Robert's Rebellion, but accessing it during A Clash of Kings causes a CTD.
Repeated question: Do I need TOG for raid with the Ironborn,etc? After buying TOG, I need to reinstall the mod?
Applied the quick fix and was able to get into the game, but whenever I tried to fill a vacant advisor position, the game crashed to desktop.
If you use Steam, there is an option to disable auto-updates on every game you own...
Too late for me, it already updated... And I don't have anything downloaded that can let me use the fix. I'll just wait until the update is out... More time to grow my Norwegian empire.

People have tried that, mate. Doesn't work if you want to play it.
A quick off topic question, well 2: Could anyone teach me how to implement white guard system into normal game? And the in battle lord duel system?
I can do searches although clicking on portraits of characters outside the map does seem to make the game crash for some reason. As a temporary solution until a real hotfix comes through I found, however, that you can go directly to the diplomacy menu and the game doesn't crash. So the mod is still playable but you have to be careful about clicking on portraits.
