Alys is at Karhold, and the Thenns are at Thenn. And she won't accept a marriage.
Imho there should be events for the wildling settlements in the Gift, for their occupation of the keeps on the Wall and for the Thenn - Karstark marriage. If Jon Snow stays Lord Commander, that is.

Agreed. Once Winds of Winter is out we might have a better idea of what the situation Beyond the Wall is, and whether it'd be logical to totally uproot the Wildlings up there. You can play as a Wildling as normal in AFFC, which is bizzare. Yes, it does seem as if Karstark and Thenn should join by event, but honestly House Thenn should be unlanded and in court at the Night's Watch with Alys Karstark there too and none of them there shouldn't have the Wildling malus now they're south of the wall and swearing fealty to Stannis.

I'm having trouble downloading the mod, as the first mirrors won't work (the site doesn't find the files, I don't know why) and the second mirrors have the files apparently corrupted.
The funny thing is that as House Thenn in the AFFC scenario I couldn't marry Alys, but I could marry Sansa!
She gave me some sons, while I crowned myself King-beyond-the-Wall. Then someone pushed her claim for the Riverlands, and won. My son is now heir of the lands Beyond-the-wall and the Riverlands
Hopefully they will also push her claim for the North!Speaking of which... I thought you could only push the claim of someone who was in your court? She was in Thenn when she was elected LP of the Riverlands. Most absurd game ever.
Faction claims can press any claimants claim. I've had my claim pressed when I was landed on the other side of the map in vanilla.
Is Crippled possible to get or is it only for characters like Bran Stark and Willas Tyrell? If not, there should be a chance of getting Crippled in a tourney or in battle.
Hey everyone. Every time I play the mod, it crashes to desktop within ten minutes of the game starting. In the Crusader Kings 2 launcher, I have the column with the official addons all checked on. Is this mod only supposed to be played with no official DLC's? Thanks for any help.

You can earn a Valyrian Steel Sword in battle, in duel with a character that owns one (I think), and with the new Acquire Valyrian Sword chain event. It triggers when you have the ambition to obtain a valyrian steel sword.
What's the difference between Maimed and Crippled?
Maimed tooltip even says "this character has been maimed and crippled for life."

Okay, thanks, now I've to fight someone. The downside with the event chain is that if you're not a Targaryen you will have a random valyrian steel sword.
Crippled is for people who haven't lost limbs, but have limited movement in at least part of their body. It's obtained from blunt blows and things like being pushed out of a tower, whereas maimed is obtained from combat for the most part.
It would be nice if you could name your swords. Maybe the naming generator for your children could be used?
Also, anyway I can remove maimed via console command? Controlling a dragon is not easy...
Shouldn't the Iron fleet be like a vassal holy order for the iron islands?

When you gain a valyrian sword from the quest, the sword earned should have a nifty avatar and its own person name.
That's very difficult to do, as there'd need to be a list of new swords that you can get. You can't randomly generate them or the names as they're just traits.
