just because we are getting a republic DLC, doesn't mean that it will be interesting enough for the devs to include essos.

A quick question...and I hope this doesn't step on anyone's toes.

YOUR MOD IS AMAZING!!!(Not a question but should be stated). But I was wondering, is there a way for me to edit the history files to like "add family members?" Say I want to make myself a Stark, so I add my name as one of the Stark kids, assign my char ID(ergh, how do I pick that number) give me traits...some greensight, a direwolf or two etc....Is that possible? Or let's say I want to attach myself to some old house...or attach myself to house connected through lineage to the Starks or the Baretheon?

Is that possible? Sort of make a non-canon character in the game?

Ready to start my 2nd game and wanted to play a Targaryen.

1. any advice on starting time period?
2. any advice on playing Targaryen? It appears brother-sister marriages are common, do I get imbred by doing this? Is there any advantage to marrying inside my Dynasty?

Since the 033 patch, it seems, I can no longer run the mod. I can load the CK2 launcher and play vanilla CK2 and CK2+, but whenever I try loading the GoT mod (with or without the NB supplemental mod), the loading gets past "Loading History Files", "Loading Sound" and then crashes to desktop after "Processing Flags". I don't even get to a checksum so I can't give checksum info. I've tried disabling *all* the DLC, I've reinstalled CK2 and repatched the 1.08 patch. Obviously I've tried reinstalling (and even redownloading) the GoT 0.33 -- properly by deleting everything in the mod folder and then running winrar. I've tried running it with the regular ck2.exe and with the 4gb patched ck2.exe, all to the same result. I'd really like to play so as you can imagine this is aggravating me. I'm posting this here since I doubt it's anything to do with a bug in the 0.33 mod and thus doesn't belong in the bug reporting forum. I should note that I was able to run the GoT mod just fine until now. I'd love anyone's suggestions on what to do, so thanks in advance.

Did you perchance forget to unload Patrum Scuta or somesuch flag modifying mod?

And also you need to check you didn't forgot to remove some mods in jour game folder

The only CK2 mods I've ever had installed are GoT, CK+, and The Prince and the Thane. I made sure to completely wipe the /mod folder before attempting to reinstall GoT, every time I did so (including the time I did a clean install and patch of CK2). It's highly unlikely (read: near impossible) it's due to interference from another mod.

I re read your thing, you meanie didn't run the installer, the installer is never wrong and it deletes gfx cache for you.

People really need to use the installer, the zipped version is only here because of mac users
