I was going to post this in the bug thread, but seeing as how it doesn't seem to be getting much attention, I'm posting it here (hope this doesn't infuriate anyone ;] ).
Okay, so has anyone else noticed how game-breaking the relations penalty between The Seven and The Old Gods/Drowned God/Red God rulers is? Not only does it amount to a substantial hit in relations, but because of vanilla mechanics, you end up with scenarios like Robert Baratheon imprisoning Ned Stark and Stannis quite a bit. That's silly. The relations hit probably shouldn't exist at all, let alone the option to imprison followers of a different religion.
I think an exception for zealous rulers might be alright. Perhaps a small relations hit and an increased chance for AI rulers to imprison vassals of a different religion (while still incurring a small relations penalty with other vassals).
