Diffrences? Tallhart, they should be with HL-title, they have more lands than Boltons, but in your mod their lands were divided for another lords.

But that doesn't make any canonical sense. Tallhart is a Knightly House, led by Ser Halman Tallhart. The Boltons are a Lordly House. That map isn't based on any better reasoning than ours is.

But he still should hold his lands, which now are divided into another lords. William VIII of Aquitaine still holds all his big lands, at the same time not being a king.

He does hold all his lands, as are specifically attributed to him in the novels. He hold Torrhen's Square, the only place he is said to actually own. Your mapmaker's justification for giving him Stony Shore is that Ser Halman's son Benfred shows up to stop Theon when takes it. However, there is nothing to indicate that the Tallharts actually own Stony Shore. Benfred has to go there from somewhere else. It's just as likely that Benfred is the only capable northern lordling in that area at the time. In fact, we know Benfred has been roaming the countryside with his "Wild Hares," so it's likely that he was simply the closest with an armed force.

So, for some reason in my handsoff game (Greyjoy Rebellion scenario) both Arya and Sansa were skipped in the line of succession. Neither had a divested trait, both were matrilineally married. The North passed to Donella Stark, a girl born later and *regularly* married to a member of house Brax.

The same thing happened with the Baratheons: Joffrey was killed, so Myrcella would have been the heir. Yet she was skipped in the line of succession, and Mina Baratheon inherited. Again no divested traits or anything that would disqualify Myrcella.

Is this a bug, or what's going on?

I've had a similar situation regarding succession as well. In my current playthrough, I'm in the clash of kings scenario using a ruler generator character of House Targaryen. Currently my character is High Lord of Dragonstone, and has several other minor lordships in his deminse across the Crownlands, with a few belonging to my sons. The more important fact is that my character is married to Margaery Tyrell who, thanks to me, reigns as Lady Paramount of the Reach. My overall goal was to have my first born son and heir inherit both the Reach and Dragonstone, then make a bid for the Iron Throne. The problem for me hit when Margaery died and my son becomes Lord Paramount of the Reach, after which my second son becomes heir to all my titles and possibly all my claims as well. I agree that succession in CKII is bugged at the moment because a similar situation has happened in to me in vanilla, which sucks because all my plotting has been foiled by a bug.

So I'm just wondering if there is anybody out there who has had the Badics' of Moongrey do pretty well? If I play as them I do well of course, but so far when I haven't played as them they don't do that great. I was wondering if anybody could tell me if they had any instances where the Badics actually did well. Thank you.

This might be frowned upon here but im not really that familiar with the game of thrones universe, not having the chnace to read any books of the series yet. However, it doesnt mean that im not enjoying this mod. On the contrary, i am having a blast. :D i was not expecting that some of the unique features i saw in the mod are even possible with the ck2 engine. Kudos to the modders. They are amazing! Love the hightowers!

In my current game (year 3326), they're doing extremely well. The 70 year old Lord has29 diplomacy, skilled commander and fighter, genius and strong. His heir has won a couple tourneys and is a formidable fighter. The heir's son is a knight of the Kingsguard. His martial is 27 and he is a skilled commander and fighter and has a genius trait.

They're going to lose Moongrey as the heir's other child is a daughter and she is married to Littlefinger's son. She has 29 diplomacy, charismatic negotiator, genius and trained fighter.

In general, they all are very skilled and have mostly positive traits... atleast in my game.

I played the CK1 mod before the reading the books. If the mod was only good for fans of the books then it wouldnt be fun, what makes it fun is that its a good setting, thats what makes the books fun too. If all the setting had going for it was referencing the books well then it wouldnt be worth making a mod of.
Its a good series to make a mod of because the setting is good, not because the books are, that are they are is just an added bonus.

If Daenarys didnt invade and aegon was recognised, would he inherit after her? as thatd be an issue with allowing her to go invading, as itd be maddening if it went to random easterner X like her current title does
