Are duels in battle supposed to be common or... Ive fought like a lot of battles leading the center and sometimes the flanks and ive never gotten the personal combat event....

Having a wee playthrough as House Dayne (High Hermitage branch), a wee observation; Wouldn't the lord of Starfall have Dawn? Since Ned returned it to there after the ToJ.
Only worthy Daynes can carry Dawn. It's not like a Valyrian sword where it's passed from lord to lord.

It's a random firing event where you have the option to purchase it.
Playing as Robb Stark: my 18 years old son keeps getting married to random female courtiers without asking for my permission. And I'm not talking of the event "Your son has married secretly a lady in waiting". I just see that he got married, that's all. It's very annoying.
can someone tell me which file has to be edited to allow the "demand religious conversation" to have some realistic piety value?

By the way: it is possible to convert people. The Hand of the King / Castellan has a mission to convert characters and provinces. It's just very rare, but it's do-able. I've converted King's Landing and some courtiers to R'hollor. Maybe castellans which are followers of R'hllor should have an increased chance to convert? Is it possible?
This happened to me aswell. I had "Robb" (I named the firstborn son of Eddard Robb) in my court, and decided not to marry him away yet. There was no one interesting enough, and he did not really want to get married or anything. Suddenly he married some random courtier, I had no pop-up or anything where I could chose to condemn or condone the marriage. Robb had no land either. It irritated me a bit, but I guess he just decided to marry her, and damned be his father.
That picture up there is from a vanilla CK2 event. It can convert someone to a heresy if you convince everyone else that he is a heretic.

In my game, Mance Rayder conquered the Wall while I wasn't looking, so I go ahead and declare war to restore it. However, even after winning, Mance still controlled the Gift and the New Gift.
I play as Tywin and after the war I paid the ransom to get Jamie free, this though made him my heir and he isn't in the kingsguard anymore. Is it supposed to be this way?
Why in this game Varys is never the master of whisperer and Tyrion is not the Hand of The King?
one thing i notice (not sure if it was mentioned), is that when you conquer the wall with the kingdom beyond the wall, you get an event where you return control of the wall to the black
