Come one guys, imagine Mod 34, now add this new astonish map and even new features for game balance and playability... wouldn`t you pay 4 bucks (3 €) for it? :wacko:

Hopefully Paradox will take the oportunity and support quintelosky and MFE. After the fiasco of not-yet-released AoD this is our last chance to see a new improved HoI 2.

Paradox and Quinte can make good business here. Just let the guy to keep working :)

If I were Fredrik, I would behave slightly differently:
1) I would download their map, upload it to the official PI forum and let everybody use it, courtesy of PI
2) ban whoever is involved in MFE from PI's Forum
3) pursue them for infringements of PI's rights, damage to PI reputation, and any other breach of the laws my lawyers would care to suggest.

That, in any case, is what would happen in my line of business and what I would certainly do if something similar would be done against the legitimate interests of the Company I manage

Could someone give me some general pointers on the tech tree? It's damn complicated and I'm having a hard time trying to follow all those arrows. I'm in year 36 as the USA and for instance I cannot research anything in the Naval tree anymore expect some transport improvements. And how can I research improved tanks or even better infantry?

I have basic SMG and infantry but yet can't research the next models. And one more question, is there a way I can see what my tech research percentage is at the moment? It's kinda hard to try to remember the balance :D

Run the program called technoflechas.exe located in game folder. Select your language, hit the load button, and it displays the tech tree. Then you can find a tech and click on the view details button to see specifically what it requires.

Generally you need special materials and the army planning tech tree to access better infantry, and better tanks start with special materials and refined fuel.

And one more question, is there a way I can see what my tech research percentage is at the moment? It's kinda hard to try to remember the balance :D

On the technology page select overview - the percentage is listed about halfway down the centre column.

Is anyone find that the Nukes from USA too urber frequent ? Also there should have game consquences where you lunch a nuke , for say if your a democracy nation you get decent (something like 40% ) and dictatorship gets lower like 20 % , and you get events where other nations break trade agreements and add your beligerence , and workers / citizen strike where your IC effiecncy lowers etc

also the time to make nukes need to be lowered down much slower , and less powerful (it aint modern H bomb yet) it wiped 30 divisons in one province in one hit lol.....Also the nukes shouldnt permentaly lower the population vaule of the land (i know its realistic to some point) but to gameplay veiw its terriable and adding that to frequent lunch of nukes its game breaking

right now nukes are too cheap and yet powerful and no side effects to users that lunch them lol

I only hope that the updates values system works fine (like arma 1.2 with annex command or with a command to update all units values of all countries)

Is mod34 is compatible with

Then the installation notes on v1.11 is in error when it state that...
Mod Revolución-1934 for HoI2-DD-Armageddon

For the installation of this mod is recommended to make it on a clean installation of the Hearts of Iron II v1.3a, HoI2-DoomsDay v1.3a, DD-Armageddon 1.2 & 1.3 Beta.
The installation REWRITE on the original game, reason why will be impossible to play the other scenes of the game.

The installation directory must be the same that the game

Great mod, the AI pulled more than one surprise on me, and Ive seen massive flanking maneuvers that completely turned the tide of battle.

I'm running into difficulties though, i cant seem to find a CAG tech. Researching new CVs only gives me a upgraded hull, but no carrier air groups- i cant even build it for that mater. It's September 1941 and im playing as the US and I've put a lot of emphasis on my fleet and aircraft but the Japanese will have a major advantage over me unless i can build some carriers.

Anyone know what im doing wrong?

Early CAG development is tied to the Close Air support tech tree.

CAG adaptation needs Average CAS.

Improved CAG needs CAG Adaptation & Air Force Specialization (industry tech)
