This is the latest stable version with no errors in loading and not even loading the saved game. I have added various events for Italy, the British Raj, the Qing Empire, the British Empire and the U.S.A. I have also added new generals for the Qing Empire and many portraits for Spain, the U.S.A. and Germany. I also settled the events of the Spanish-American war, now the outcome of the war is much more often historical.
