I have a question about the mobilization pool.

I'm currently playing as brazil, but my mobilization pool doesn't get above 0... How can I get a mobilization pool? My manpower is 14 at the moment.

you have to stockpile 40 small arms and 40 canned food (by buying them on the world market) and then you hit the increase mobilization button.

Ah I see!!! thank you!! now another question: where can I see my badboy?

only one possibility ingame hit F12 and type ''badboy'' hit enter and the console shows your badboy value.
