Moai?

I was looking at the DLC on steam and noticed in the National Monuments 2 DLC that the Moai of Rapa Nui are one of them. I don't own EUIV, but are the Polynesians actually playable? Rapa Nui is pretty interesting, since they were the only Polynesians to invent their own writing system.

They are natives...They are not playable but rather "squezeable" while colonizing and having an army in Indonesia.
