Given I have this question both for CK2 and CK3, but it is simple and I think many here will know the answer for both; would you be so kind as to answer both for both titles.

When husband and wife have different cultures whose culture are children born as?

In the case of two faiths of the same group which faith are the children?

Finally, I know matrilineal marriage basically flips house/dynasty for the offspring, but does it impact the assignment of culture or faith in mixed marriage offspring?

One more ...

For CK2, the best way to flip a child of the wrong culture or religion is assign an appropriate guardian.

For CK3, I assume that the above is still possible or using the weak hook you get as the child's liege to force it?

Thanks very much!!!

Same as in CK2: child inherits dominant parent's culture and faith, but those can be later influenced by appropriate guardian (or way later by decision to convert to province's culture and religion, adopting liege's culture etc).

Childs gets the culture and the faith of the parent, who lead the marriage.
Patrilineal Marriage = child gets culture and faith of their father only, mother has nothing to say.
Matrilineal Marraige = child gets culture and faith of their mother only, father has nothing to say, even he is a ruler.
