This is a very good game, and I've enjoyed it, I'm wondering if there's a chance that a mission creator/editor might be released, or even a skirmish mode? I can see this losing it's singleplayer appeal when I've completed both campaigns on hard and done all 3(!) preset missions. I'd pay for it if it was released as DLC.

Looking through the files I'm pretty sure it would be possible to create your own scenarios without a mission editor, although it would be a fairly significant job for each mission as there are a huge number of parameters to adjust. Take a look at the existing scenarios (in the NWAC folder open BattleSets folder and you'll see a whold load of files, each can be opened in notepad, just save backups before you mess around with anything) to get an idea.

Hey Boohugh.

I had a quick try at changing the missions on the day of release, but like you have already said its a big job, too much hard work for me if I'm honest. Being patient and waiting for TTC to do a mission editor would be a much better idea than editing one of the current .nwscenarios to a new mission. Take it from someone that has work on the Fleet Command NWP project for around 5 years, but for chaps that don't mind doing a lot of hard go for it. ;)
