Hello everyone.

So I noticed this the other day when I was excommunicated and wanted to create an anti-pope. I had free investiture and everything but I was missing vassal bishops in the religion panel. I got myself unexcommunicated but still no vassal bishops then either.... I don't remember this happening before recently but I don't often need to use the religion panel either and after searching the net and the forums for days I can't find anyone with a similar problem. Can someone tell me how to fix this if it is a real issue because I feel I'm missing out on an aspect of the game if I can't do this or even interact with my vassal bishops in the religion window.

Also I have already tried uninstalling and re-installing with no change.

Thank you so much.

I doubt this is a technical issue, it sounds more like either a game bug or a misunderstanding of how the game works in your current situation. But let's do a basic check: what version and checksum show on the main game menu? Are you using any mods?
