So it says that I'm missing trade goods but it doesn't say which? Pdx help.

I had something similar happen when I tried to build the Lighthouse of Pharos.
Initially, I had a similar message that it couldn't be complete due to missing trade goods. I exited the game to try and find an answer as to what goods were needed. Couldn't find anything, but when I resumed the game it now said I had "no workforce" to be able to complete the wonder.
