Cant find Frederick Vaught and the Compound V Project neither in Nation tree focus nor the tech tree. Where are they?

In this show the Nazis started a Supersoldierprogramm "Compound V" and created superheroes or better said Supervillains. After they lost the war the scientist who invented it ran over to the USA. In the USA the used the copund V Programm for making money with Superheromovies and Superherofranchise.
So my first ironic question for missing the compound V programm
Anyway, it could be a interesting modtheme so i just asked if anyone knows a "The Boys" Mod or that someone is working on it.

Nope, different Verse. Captain America is Marvel, The Boys is neither Marvel nor DC. Its more a satire on the Marvel+DC Comics, and lot more realistic like power and money may corrupt people, so what will happen with the most powerfull beings ever lived on earth when they realize that no one really no one can punish them for their crimes? Its a bit like Hancock but much darker. Just watch "The Boys" on amazon prime, its available with prime and a real nice show

The MCU version of Captain America started in Germany (Red Skull was an earlier 'failed' experiment) and was completed after Dr. Erskine defected to the US and perfected the serum.
The Boys is an Amazon Prime adaptation of a comic book that is basically a parody of many super hero franchises (Homelander is analogous to Superman, Deep is Aquaman, Queen Maeve is Wonder Woman). The Boys version of Captain America is Soldier Boy IIRC.
