Missing random colors on certain buildings? EDIT Culprit Found

See the picture below. This happened randomly as I was playing earlier tonight and I couldn't fix it. Suddenly certain colors now show as a black color. The texture itself is still there, it is all simply a shade of black. Many of my apartment buildings that have multiple colors look like this too. I uninstalled, unsubscriped from all of my mods and wiped every file associated with the game from my hard drive and reinstalled.

The picture is from when it was reinstalled, and the problem still persists. Anyone else have this, and know how to fix?? Card is a 970 GTX.

Still is an issue, uninstalled and deleted steam this time and started over from scratch, updated my drivers and everything. Check out this screenshot.

just fixed it, I removed all mods from steam and it works. Guess I'm lucky on this one. Now I'm gonna download them again and try to isolate the wrong mod.

I just turned off all my mods again and I got the colors to seemingly revert back to normal. I will start testing all of my mods to see which one was causing the problem.

Ok so I discovered the culprit.

It is the proper hardness mod that was released a few days ago. Apparently the author is aware of the problem as other people are having it as well, and he/she is working on a solution.

For right now, however, I suggest refraining from downloading this mod.

it works with me with this mod (proper hardness without hardness), but I removed "more natural colors". Maybe the bug appears when using the two mods at the same time.
