Missing German Dockyards?

Hi,

I completed the first naval national focus which was meant to enable 3 more naval dockyards. When I look in the provinces, I have a total of 13 dockyards which means these 3 were added. However, in the production que it shows that I STILL ONLY have 10 dockyards (and not the 13 I am supposed to have).

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

First off. This isn't a technical problem. This isn't really the correct forum for gameplay questions or bug reports.

That said, it does sounds strange. You should have received 3 extra naval dockyards when completing the NF. An alert icon with the dockyard symbol should have appeared as soon as you completed the NF to indicate you now have unassigned dockyards.

Have you tried letting the game run for another 24 hours? Some calculations don't kick in immediately when something changes.
